This role supports P1 or P0 incidents within the Public Relations Operations Systems (PROS) and partner teams, coordinating both IT service and business recovery strategies. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience providing production support for internal or partner teams.
- A keen passion for solving complex problems and creating innovative solutions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences.
- Experience supporting telephony, network, contact center, and e-commerce solutions.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
