This position supports production incidents, providing both problem-solving and recovery tactics. The role involves coordinating with business partners, technical teams, and proactively identifying issues to build fault tolerance within tools and systems. Analytical skills are required for incident identification and improvement of operational processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience providing production support for internal or partner teams
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with varying audiences
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system
- Understanding of ITIL or similar models of IT Service Management (ITSM)
