This position supports incidents across multiple channels, coordinating IS&T and providing immediate business recovery. The analyst will own incident management, driving change within tools and systems, and identifying potential issues proactively. A strong analytical and communication skills are required.

- 3+ years of experience providing production support for internal or partner teams

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
