This role involves providing support coverage for production incidents, coordinating with business and technical teams to resolve issues proactively. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be proactive in identifying problems, and contribute to process improvements. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Shanghai, China.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience providing production support for internal customers or partner teams
- A keen passion for solving complex problems and creating innovative solutions
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with and influence at all levels of an organization
- Ability to occasionally work weekends and holidays
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system
- Hands-on experience supporting telephony, network, contact center and/or and e-commerce solutions
