Support the activities within the Learning function, including employee recognition, onboarding, learning, and leadership development. Design and develop learning solutions, manage projects, and create learning content.
Requirements
- 3 years' experience in learning and development, talent management, human resources, or related field
- Four-year degree in Human Resources or related field
- Knowledge of adult learning and design principles
- Knowledge of learning design tools and Learning Management Systems
- Knowledge of HR systems (Workday and ServiceNow)
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and web conferencing tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
- Instructional and presentation design skills
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
- Project management skills
- Ability to consult with managers and employees to identify business focused solutions
