ServiceNow is seeking a Partner Program Manager to lead the evolution and management of Route to Market (RTM) program modules within the Partner Program. This role focuses on accelerating partner success, building ecosystem impact, and driving revenue growth through strategic program design, execution, and collaboration across Sales, Partner Management, and Marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and experience with AI-powered tools and SaaS environments.
Requirements
- 8+ years in partner programs, partner management, channel strategy, or business operations within a SaaS environment
- Proven track record in developing, launching, and scaling partner programs
- Experience managing resell/service provider/consulting partnerships or working in partner-driven RTM models
- Strong understanding of SaaS GTM strategies, software development cycles, and revenue models
- Experience collaborating across global organizations and time zones
- Expertise in partner enablement, program management, and governance frameworks
- Exceptional project management, organizational, and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset suited to cross-functional teams
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
