Payroll Analyst EMEA

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Payroll Analyst for EMEA to ensure accurate and timely delivery of payroll services, manage vendor relationships, and respond to payroll queries. The role involves data upload, verification of payroll processes, and collaboration with various HR service delivery teams. This is a collaborative, service-oriented role within a supportive and fast-paced company.

Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of Payroll, Payroll Tax, and Payroll Accounting
• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience
• Workday, ServiceNow, ADP Celergo and SAP end-user experience
• Experience with end-to-end payroll processing (time management, leave administration, registration, pay processing, payroll taxes, reporting)
• Customer-focused and comfortable working with a diverse group of people
