Payroll Manager (Shared Services APAC)

Join Ingredion as a Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations, manage a team, and ensure compliance with internal and external policies. Experience working in multi-jurisdiction processing, particularly in APAC, is required.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of relevant multi-jurisdiction processing experience in Payroll for Shared Services and 3 years in managerial capacity
• Experience using a major vendor (e.g: Workday, ServiceNow, Access Software, EasyPay & CentralHR and Microsoft Excel)
• Multiple country payroll experience is required i.e. Singapore, China, Malaysia, Thailand etc.
• Good communication skills, written and spoken in English and Malay
• Able to travel as needed by the business an d work non-standard hours on occasion
