Ramboll is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join their Global HR operations department. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering timely and accurate payroll for employees across multiple countries, with a primary focus on India, Canada, and the broader APAC region.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably with exposure to Canada, India, or other APAC countries
  • Familiarity with Canadian, Indian and APAC statutory requirements and payroll legislation is a strong advantage
  • Working knowledge of payroll systems (e.g., Workday) and ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
  • Solid Excel and analytical skills; high attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Experience working with third-party vendors in a multi-country payroll environment
  • Ability to work across teams and time zones in a collaborative, structured, and proactive way
  • A willingness to learn, adapt, and support evolving global payroll needs with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Interest in contributing to process enhancements and knowledge-sharing across the global payroll function
