We are seeking a Payroll & Time Management Team Manager with German language skills to lead a team and ensure operational excellence in payroll and time management for Germany.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in end-to-end payroll processing and time management administration in the German market
- Fluency in German and English at a minimum C1 level
- At least 6 years of professional experience in a Hire-to-Retire Shared Services environment
- 3 years of team leadership experience
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Psychology or similar (preferably in HR field or related areas)
- Distinction in empathy, team spirit, accountability, intrapreneurship, and high service quality orientation
- Positive approach and ability to act as a role model in a speak-up culture
- Resilience and ability to independently address complex issues in a solution-oriented working style
