We are seeking a Payroll & Time Management Team Manager with German language skills to lead a team and ensure operational excellence in payroll and time management for Germany.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in end-to-end payroll processing and time management administration in the German market
  • Fluency in German and English at a minimum C1 level
  • At least 6 years of professional experience in a Hire-to-Retire Shared Services environment
  • 3 years of team leadership experience
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Psychology or similar (preferably in HR field or related areas)
  • Distinction in empathy, team spirit, accountability, intrapreneurship, and high service quality orientation
  • Positive approach and ability to act as a role model in a speak-up culture
  • Resilience and ability to independently address complex issues in a solution-oriented working style
