The PC-as-a-Service (PCaaS) Coordinator is a critical role within Future Tech’s PC-as-a-Service (PCaaS) delivery team. This role focuses on seamless management of device refresh cycles, leasing processes, and minimizing operational costs. The Coordinator works with various teams and leverages ServiceNow to optimize workflows and improve customer experience. The position requires a U.S.-based candidate and a commitment to U.S. citizenship.
Requirements
- Track lease start dates and end dates
- Manage return processes for lease-expired devices
- Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and refresh request workflows through ServiceNow
- Maintain accurate departmental inventories of leased and customer-owned devices
- Generate reports on refresh and leasing activity
- Prioritize redeployments of lease returns
