Requirements
- Certified Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) credential
- Bachelor’s degree with at least nine years of experience or a master’s degree with at least seven total years of experience
- Hands-on Pega experience, including in leadership roles in large-scale federal or enterprise deployments
- Strong expertise in Pega integration patterns and external system connectivity (REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce, ServiceNow, AWS)
- Proven experience designing and implementing intelligent automation and AI/ML use cases within Pega environments
- Deep understanding of Pega workflow orchestration, case management, and security best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
