This is a permanent full-time position requiring onsite work in Sydney CBD. The role involves managing reception, onboarding, HR system requests, reporting, customer service, and supporting key initiatives like service transformation and customer journey improvement.

Requirements

  • Co-ordinate and maintain a high standard of reception
  • Manage the office onboarding process for new starters
  • Deliver resolution of Tier 1 service requests in ServiceNow
  • Perform reporting in ServiceNow and analyse key trends
  • Create, review and update people knowledge article in ServiceNow

Requirements Summary

3+ yrs customer service experience; RSA certificate needed. SAP and invoice processing experience desired
