Requirements
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries via ServiceNow, providing end-to-end navigation and resolution.
- Support HR Business Partners and local business leaders as an HR advisor, ensuring compliance with local labor law.
- Facilitate local onboarding processes and assist with talent reviews and succession planning.
- Coach managers on performance management, employee engagement, and HR policies.
- Partner with HRBPs to deliver strategic HR priorities and collaborate on compensation, benefits, and reward cycles.
- Drive process improvements and automation projects, maintaining and updating the HR knowledge base.
- Deploy global policies locally, ensuring alignment with regulations.
- Analyze employee engagement data to identify trends and support action plans.
- Manage HR administration tasks related to compensation, benefits, and audits.
