We are seeking a highly accurate and customer-obsessed People Experience Specialist to join our HR Operations team. This role is responsible for executing critical employee lifecycle transactions in UKG, including job changes, new hires, terminations, and reporting line updates.
Requirements
- 2+ years working in UKG Pro or similar HRIS
- Strong attention to detail and customer focus
- Proven ability to manage SLAs and priorities
- Experience with ServiceNow a plus
