We are looking for a People Operations Service Delivery Lead to join our team at Ferring Pharmaceuticals. The successful candidate will lead and develop a high-performing People Services team and drive HR operational excellence. The role will be based in Lisbon, Portugal.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
- 7+ years of experience in HR operations with proven track record leading SSC teams
- Extensive background in international environment, fast-growing and dynamic multi-country organizations
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and time management
- Strong data analytics and problem-solving skills
- Tech savvy and innovation-oriented, embracing digital tools and process automation
- Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a plus
