As a People Operations Specialist, you'll deliver high-quality support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring an exceptional experience for our global team. This role partners closely with HR Business Partners, the HRIS and Talent Enablement teams, and Payroll to ensure that core HR operations run smoothly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 1-2+ years of HR operations experience, preferably in a regional or global support role
- Working knowledge of employment practices in APAC and/or the Americas
- Proficiency in HR tools like Workday and ServiceNow
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Self-starter with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
