People Services, Time-to-Pay Specialist - Japan

The Time-to-Pay (T2P) Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end Time & Attendance and Payroll operations for Sanofi, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of services across assigned countries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 1-year of working experience in time and payroll operations
• Proven track record in an international or multicultural shared services environment
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English
• Proficient in Workday, ServiceNow, and other SBO People Services technologies
