As a People Services Transformation Specialist at OneTrust, you will drive global HR transformation initiatives focused on compliance, privacy, and operational efficiency. This role involves identifying process gaps, mitigating compliance risks, and designing scalable, privacy-aware solutions that enhance employee experience and regulatory alignment.
Requirements
- 3+ years in People Analytics or HR Operations
- Strong project management, data analysis, process improvement, and automation skills
- 1+ years' experience with Workday HCM
- 1+ year leading/participating in global system implementations, HR process design, and change management
- Skilled with Jira, ServiceNow, SharePoint, or similar tools
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience in global/matrix organizations
- Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and compliance in multi-country HR environments preferred
- Comfortable presenting to non-technical stakeholders
- Self-starter, organized, motivated, with strong delivery focus and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English (C1+)
