Join our ServiceNow Platform Team in the Engineering department at Orange Business to contribute to the development and implementation of solutions within the ServiceNow platform, with a particular focus on the Technology Provider Service Management (TPSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM) modules.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow development and scripting (JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer)
- Proven expertise in TPSM and CSM, especially customer portal configurations
- Experience with at least one of: ITOM, SecOps, or ITSM modules
