This role involves maintaining and improving data integrity within the company’s operational customer data asset, collaborating with internal teams, and contributing to process improvements. Requirements

• Administering and maintaining customer records to ensure data accuracy
• Reviewing and approving access to customer data
• Managing requests and queries via ServiceNow
• Conducting scheduled and ad-hoc analysis on large customer data sets
• Implementing governance and reporting for customer-impacting changes
• Embedding fair value principles across our application estate
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
