As a Platform Analyst, you will provide technical support and maintenance of IT systems, infrastructure, and end-user devices, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, remote support tools, Microsoft Azure
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and ticketing system (Servicenow, Jira)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in Spanish and English
