Requirements

• Expertise in platform strategy, integration patterns, and complex delivery governance.
• Strong ability to operate as a program-level architect and guide multiple teams.
• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) plus other architecture and governance framework certifications are highly desirable.
