ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Solution Sales Executive to oversee the success of its CRM Solutions within the ServiceNow sales cycle. This role involves engaging assigned accounts, developing a sales strategy, managing executive relationships, and building capabilities. The executive will be the trusted advisor to the customer and a key part of the company's broader work.
Requirements
- Leveraging AI to enhance work processes.
- Deep understanding of CRM, CX, and CSM solutions.
- Experience leading virtual/matrixed teams.
- Understanding of CRM, CX or CSM solution-related business processes.
- Strong industry knowledge of Retail, Automotive or Manufacturing.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
