ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Solution Sales Executive with a focus on CRM & Industry solutions to drive growth and support business unit and executive team objectives. The role involves building relationships with clients, developing sales strategies, managing accounts, and delivering 'art of the possible' demonstrations showcasing ServiceNow's CRM solution. ServiceNow values innovation and customer success in building intelligent cloud-based technology solutions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in sales with success generating new business sales of enterprise-class Customer Experience or other Business solutions
  • Experience selling into Singapore Public Sector is essential
  • Advanced knowledge of sales force automation, customer service management, enterprise resource planning or other business application technologies is ideal
  • Experience with the sales process with the ability to navigate and progress short and long complex sales cycles
  • Understanding of business sales processes
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related discipline
  • Travel required: 10%

Requirements Summary

10+ years in sales, significant experience in customer solutions sales, and knowledge of Salesforce automation. Bachelor's degree and experience in the Singapore Public Sector are also required
