Platform/Middleware Administrator

Join Netcompany as a Platform/Middleware Administrator and be part of shaping the future technological landscape in Europe. As a Platform/Middleware Administrator, you will investigate, diagnose, and solve platform and middleware related problems, troubleshoot issues, install and upgrade software, and monitor platform performance. The role requires a university degree in Computer Science or a related field, complemented by at least 6 years' relevant experience.

Requirements

• Investigate, diagnose and solve platform and middleware related problems
• Troubleshoot problems on various layers of platform applications and its underlying platform and infrastructure
• Install and upgrade platform and middleware software, including SAAS solutions
• Perform test upgrades
• Schedule installation work to minimize disruption
• Monitor platform performance
• Comply with organisational procedures to ensure integrity and security of the platform
• A university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a minimum of 6 years' relevant experience
• In-depth knowledge of platform management and configuration
• In-depth knowledge of scripting and automation (Java, C++, Python, Java)
• In-depth knowledge of API and data exchange (REST,SOAP, JSON, XML)
• Experience with WEB stack (LAMP, IIS, Tomcat, Apache)
• Experience with DBMS systems (SQL)
• Excellent command of English (C1+)
• Some of the following Technical Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Oracle Weblogic 12c+ Certified Professional/Specialist, Oracle SOA Suite 12c Certified Implementation Specialist, Oracle Data Integrator 12c Certified Implementation Specialist, Opentext Content Server Administrator Certification, Opentext Documentum Administrator Certification, Jira Administration for Data Center and Server, Atlassian Certified Expert, Splunk Enterprise Certified Admin
