As a Platform Observability Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the current state of Interac’s Application, Infrastructure, and Services are robust, visible, and available to stakeholders for troubleshooting, performance analysis, capacity planning and reporting.

Requirements

  • A university degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or similar, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of work experience administrating and leading Splunk and/or Dynatrace.
  • Experience with ServiceNow (ITSM/ITOM) and managing tool integration with ServiceNow (ideally including event correlation and notification)
  • Experience with leading teams and providing observability vision and roadmaps
  • Experience in devOps IaC practices and technology using Jenkins/Cloudbees, Terraform, Git/Github, Python

Requirements Summary
