The S&P Global ServiceNow team is seeking a Platform Operations Intern to oversee and optimize the ServiceNow platform, introduce new functionalities, provide user support, and streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.

Requirements

  • Fully matriculated students with anticipated undergraduate graduation date in Fall 2025 or Spring 2026;
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools is a plus;
  • Basic understanding of programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, or Python;
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in analyzing processes and workflows;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders;
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, contributing to group efforts and supporting peers;
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes in a fast-paced environment;
  • Demonstrates initiative and a proactive approach to identifying issues and proposing solutions;
  • Experience with ITIL: Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles and practices is advantageous;
  • Project Management Exposure: Experience or coursework in project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum;
  • Data Analysis Skills: Basic knowledge of data analysis tools or techniques, including Excel or SQL;
  • Customer Service Orientation: Previous experience in a customer service role, demonstrating an understanding of user needs and service delivery;
