Lead IT infrastructure-related projects from planning through execution, coordinate efforts between technical and non-technical teams globally, and ensure compliance with all PMO standards, procedures, and processes.
Requirements
- PMP Certification (mandatory)
- IT Management certifications are a plus (e.g., ITIL, ITSM)
- Strong experience managing complex IT projects with distributed teams across time zones
- Solid understanding of technology infrastructure delivery schedules and dependencies
- Familiarity with ticketing tools like ServiceNow
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and analyze their impact on scope, timelines, and budgets
- Experience supporting or improving PMO standards and practices
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- English: Advanced (80–95%)
