Link Solutions is seeking a Project Management Office (PMO) Support Specialist to join their team at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The selected candidate will work closely with the ARL ITSS Program Manager and cross-functional teams to manage planning, scheduling, documentation, reporting, and administrative functions that support mission success.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must have an active DoD Top Secret Clearance
- Must have a BA/BS Degree or an AA Degree with two (2+) years of additional experience
- Must have at least five (5+) years of relevant experience working in project coordination, program control, or contract administration in a technical or government contracting environment
- IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher per DoD 8570/DoD 8140 (CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, etc.)
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v4 certification (preferred)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred, or equivalent
- Experience with the ServiceNow Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) platform
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Experience creating and modifying documentation for technical processes and procedures
- Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment
- A problem solver and troubleshooter who thrives in resolving complex problems
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
