Link Solutions is seeking a Project Management Office (PMO) Support Specialist to join their team at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The selected candidate will work closely with the ARL ITSS Program Manager and cross-functional teams to manage planning, scheduling, documentation, reporting, and administrative functions that support mission success.

Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must have an active DoD Top Secret Clearance
  • Must have a BA/BS Degree or an AA Degree with two (2+) years of additional experience
  • Must have at least five (5+) years of relevant experience working in project coordination, program control, or contract administration in a technical or government contracting environment
  • IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher per DoD 8570/DoD 8140 (CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, etc.)
  • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v4 certification (preferred)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred, or equivalent
  • Experience with the ServiceNow Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) platform
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Experience creating and modifying documentation for technical processes and procedures
  • Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment
  • A problem solver and troubleshooter who thrives in resolving complex problems
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
