Portfolio Director

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Portfolio Director to align technology investments with enterprise strategy. This role oversees the technology portfolio, prioritizing initiatives for measurable value and ensuring compliance with governance standards. The director will bridge business objectives with technology execution, ensuring clear communication and value realization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 10+ years of experience in project, program and portfolio management
• Experience managing large-scale technology portfolio budgets
• Experience managing IT project teams
• Experience managing relationships with internal business customers
• Knowledge/Skills: Proficient in project and portfolio management in ServiceNow PPM
• Abiliy to multi-task effictivelt and work well under pressure
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strategic program prioritization skills and experience
• Strong customer focus mindset
• Expert understanding of scope of IT services
• Software: Proficient in project and portfolio management in ServiceNow PPM
