The Portfolio Value Management Analyst will support the Strategy and Value Optimization Team within Information Security PMO in establishing new portfolio value management/optimization practices. The Analyst will provide support in maintaining existing OKR and portfolio management practices, and standing up new practices as we introduce value streams across the division.
Requirements
- Support the establishment of portfolio value management/optimization practices
- Maintain existing OKR tracking/management processes
- Establish velocity across InfoSec teams
- Provide analysis and recommendations on lean business cases
- Track value metrics for portfolio initiatives
- Collaborate with teams to measure outcomes against established objectives and key results
- Track and monitor portfolio performance against OKRs, budgets, and timelines
- Support prioritization and decision-making
- Support leadership with data-driven insights for budget reallocation and resource optimization
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to enhance portfolio performance
- Monitor risks and issues across the portfolio
- Work with project managers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure accurate data collection and alignment
- Identify and recommend improvements to portfolio management processes and tools
Requirements Summary
5-7 years' experience supporting Agile initiatives, portfolio value management experience, and knowledge of agile techniques, processes, and tools
