Power Platform Developer

We are seeking a Power Platform Developer to join our Software Engineering - Development team at Kyndryl. As a Power Platform Developer, you will design, develop, and implement solutions that automate business processes, enhance user experience, and integrate data sources using Microsoft Power Platform.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Power platform development
• 5+ years hands on experience in developing and implementing Power platform complete solutions
• Hands-on experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure services (e.g., Entra ID, Azure Storage, Azure AI), and Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Experience designing and implementing business process automation, custom canvas and model-driven apps, and virtual agent solutions
• Basic programming or scripting experience (JavaScript, Power Fx, or C# preferred)
• Experience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) practices including solution packaging, versioning, and deployment using tools like Azure DevOps or Power Platform Pipelines
• Understanding of REST APIs, custom connectors, and integration with third-party systems such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or ServiceNow
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience in debugging, performance tuning, and optimizing Power Platform solutions using built-in analytics and monitoring tools
• Ability to create detailed documentation for apps, flows, integrations, and solution architecture
• Ensure all solutions are secure by design and compliant with organizational policies and industry regulations
