ServiceNow is seeking a seasoned Professional Services Pre-Sales Solution Architect to shape and drive transformational services programs for their AI, CRM & Industry Platform. This role focuses on building, positioning, and launching new ServiceNow solutions to strategic customers, ensuring alignment to customer outcomes and commercial value. The architect will be part of the Service Sales Executive team, serving as the single point of contact during the pre-sales and delivery phases.
Requirements
