Requirements
- 5+ years federal IT solutioning, capture, and proposal writing
- 2+ years pre-sales or solution architecture experience
- Strong writing and owning technical & management volumes in GovCon proposals
- Demonstrated ability to design cloud, app dev & digital transformation solutions
- Strong storytelling and communication skills
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives
