ServiceNow is seeking a Presales Solution Consultant to develop, position, and deliver product-specific solutions for a CRM Workflows business unit. The role involves supporting the sales effort, including product customer requirements gathering, demonstration participation, and participation in marketing events. The ideal candidate will excel at customer service, translation of technical capabilities into business value, and communication with both technical and business decision-makers.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
- 4+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in Customer Experience, Customer Service Management, CRM, or Customer Engagement industry.
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions.
- Strong communication, writing, and presenting skills.
- Demonstrated relationship building skills.
- Experience working collaboratively with a complex sales ecosystem.
