As a Pricing Helpdesk Analyst, you will handle queries from various requestors to investigate and resolve, serve as a Trusted Deal Coach to the Sales Organisation, and establish strong partnerships with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of proven experience in Sales Operations and/or Deal Management functions in Cloud, SaaS and subscription business
  • Experience with CRM and CPQ systems
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to drive conflict resolution
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work in an aggressive, fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities
