Seeking a Principal Analyst with 10+ years of experience in IT industry to manage complex programs for top revenue generating strategic customers. The ideal candidate has expertise in Oracle Database Administration, Oracle Fusion Middleware WebLogic Server Admin and Cloud Technologies, and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of experience in IT production support, IT operations, or related roles
- Hands on experience with Oracle Database Administration, Oracle Fusion Middleware WebLogic Server Admin and Cloud Technologies
- Proficiency with ITSM/incident management tools and monitoring systems (e.g., Observability & Management, Jira, ServiceNow, Splunk)
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills across databases, cloud architecture including security rules and other application related infrastructure
- Experience with deployment, release management, and change control processes
- Familiarity with scripting or automation and usage of AI tools is a plus
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work after-hours or on-call as needed for critical incidents or scheduled maintenance
