Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of experience in IT production support, IT operations, or related roles
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Database Administration, Oracle Fusion Middleware WebLogic Server Admin and Cloud Technologies
- Proficiency with ITSM/incident management tools and monitoring systems (e.g., Observability & Management, Jira, ServiceNow, Splunk)
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Experience with deployment, release management, and change control processes
- Familiarity with scripting or automation and usage of AI tools
