The role involves ensuring system uptime, troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and improving customer production support. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 10+ years of experience in IT production support, IT operations, or related roles
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Database Administration, Oracle Fusion Middleware WebLogic Server Admin and Cloud Technologies
  • Proficiency with ITSM/incident management tools and monitoring systems (e.g., Observability & Management, Jira, ServiceNow, Splunk)
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Experience with deployment, release management, and change control processes
  • Familiarity with scripting or automation and usage of AI tools
