As a Principal Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for managing key internal and external initiatives to add value to customers and help the organization innovate. Deliverables include implementing new projects and managing customer projects. You will manage cross-functional projects and teams, provide updates to customers and internal executive teams, and initiate strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • Minimum of 12 years of high-tech/SaaS industry experience
  • 8+ years in Customer Engagement roles
  • Prior experience with implementing or supporting ServiceNow products in an Enterprise
