This role focuses on delivering value to both internal teams and external customers, managing projects, and promoting customer success. Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP)
  • Minimum of 12 years of high-tech/SaaS industry experience
  • 8+ years in Customer Engagement roles
  • Strong cross-functional, technical Project Management experience
  • Demonstrated experience in leading key projects
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills
  • Experience with analytics and metrics
  • BS/BA degree in computer science, engineering, or related discipline (preferred)
