Principal Engineer I - QA Testing

The Principal Engineer I – QA Tester is responsible for maintaining the quality and functionality of ServiceNow and associated Infrastructure applications. The role includes developing test plans, identifying defects, and working with development teams to implement solutions. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 8+ years of experience as a QA automation engineer
• Previous leadership experience
• Proven experience in manual and automated testing of ServiceNow applications
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules
• Proficiency in test automation tools and scripting languages
• Advanced to expert knowledge of general Financial Services or Banking
• Advanced to expert knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards, and practices
