As a Principal Engineer I, you will provide SME expertise in ServiceNow and adjacent domains, lead the design and development of ServiceNow modules, and collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration and compliance with IT policies and industry standards.
Requirements
- 8+ years of designing and development and implementation activities
- Bachelor's degree in related field required; Masters or MBA in related field preferred
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, SecOps Vulnerability Response)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to collaborate
- Attention to detail and a commitment to SecOps development
- Advanced to expert knowledge of general Financial Services or Banking
- Advanced to expert knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
- Advanced to expert experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Advanced speaking and writing communication skills
