Principal Enterprise AI Engineer

Riot is seeking a Principal Enterprise AI Engineer to drive strategy and execution for AI capabilities across Enterprise functions. This role involves shaping the AI platform, managing data governance, and delivering solutions that streamline workflows. The ideal candidate will blend strategic product thinking with hands-on technical expertise, acting as both a visionary and a builder of the AI platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 12+ years of experience in enterprise applications or platform engineering spaces.
• Proven track record of delivering AI (traditional or generative) or advanced automation solutions at scale.
• Strong technical knowledge of enterprise platforms (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, Coupa, Concur, Oracle, IronClad).
• Deep understanding of knowledge management, data governance, quality, and architecture in enterprise contexts.
• Experience with LLM platforms (OpenAI ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini) and their enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of ticketing/work management systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and how to integrate AI-driven workloads with them.
• Strong communication skills.
