Requirements
- 15+ years of experience on the ServiceNow platform
- Experience in ITSM (IT Operations Management, IT Operations Management, ITOM, CMDB, ITAM, SAM, Service Portal, Scoped Application experience)
- Extensive experience with APIs /Web services (REST and Soap).
- Ability to communicate and build relationships with stakeholders.
- Creative personality in solution design.
- Ability to lead large-scale projects.
- Ability to mentor and maintain ServiceNow development processes.
