ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Platform Architect (PA) to guide platform strategy, governance, and value delivery for large-scale, compliance-driven clients in federal environments. This role combines technical expertise with advisory skills to ensure ServiceNow solutions are successfully deployed, governed, and adopted. The ideal candidate will partner with customer success and executive teams.
Requirements
- Leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
- Experience leading implementations and deployments across multiple ServiceNow product families.
- Strong experience in large-scale cloud discovery and integrations (Azure and AWS).
- Demonstrated ability to govern and guide platform health, data strategy, and compliance.
- Strong consultative skills.
- Clearance or ability to gain Public Trust clearance.
