Job description
The Principal Platform Architect will guide customers through their digital transformation journey, providing architectural guidance, technical governance, and best practices to ensure long-term value from the ServiceNow platform. The role involves working with customers to establish a solid technical foundation, design solutions to drive business outcomes, and translate business information and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in management consulting leadership roles at a top-tier consulting company focused on technology (Digital/SaaS/Enterprise Software)
- Experience working in the Financial Services industry
- Fortune 500 or OEM Software or Cloud Company enterprise architect
- Experience working with functional business leaders to identify business objectives and develop outcome-focused roadmaps
- Large program experience leading architecture and design
- Enterprise Architecture Experience
- Cloud Application Technology Experience
- 1-2 years of ServiceNow Platform Experience (desired but not required)
