Job description
The Customer Outcomes Principal Platform Architect at ServiceNow will be part of the Customer Outcomes team, focused on accelerating platform adoption and improving customer outcomes. This role involves technical guidance to customers, partners, and internal teams on ServiceNow platform design, including architecture around instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations, and the platform’s health. The architect will translate business requirements into architectural blueprints and work with various teams to drive successful customer solutions.
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive experience as part of a professional services organization
- Experience with AI-powered tools, automation, and analyzing AI insights
