This role involves leading solutioning, scoping, and driving successful project delivery for strategic, multi-workflow, term-based projects. The Architect is a technical advisory role focused on establishing a strong technical foundation in the ServiceNow platform and designing solutions to improve outcomes.
Requirements
- 8+ years progressive experience as part of a professional services organization; or equivalent education/experience
- 4+ years experience with the ServiceNow Platform
- Management consulting experience
- ServiceNow certifications preferred
- Ability to travel up to 20%
