The Principal Platform Architect is a technical advisory role responsible for helping customers establish a strong technical foundation in the ServiceNow Platform and design solutions that drive business outcomes. This is a highly consultative role that guides partner and customer resources to deliver best practices.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Canadian citizenship or permanent residency status and reside in Montreal, Canada
- Consulting Experience in management consulting leadership roles at a top-tier consulting company focused on technology (Digital/SaaS/Enterprise Software)
- 8+ years of experience in management consulting leadership roles at a top-tier consulting company focused on technology (Digital/SaaS/Enterprise Software)
- Enterprise Architect role and relevant experience
- Minimum 2 years of ServiceNow Platform Experience is required
