ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Platform Architect to establish and support a strong technical foundation for their customers. This role focuses on defining best practices, guiding partner resources, and ensuring the technical health of the ServiceNow Platform. The ideal candidate will have a track record in management consulting, focusing on technology strategy, governance, and leading customer success initiatives.
Requirements
- Canadian citizenship or permanent residency status
- 8+ years of experience in management consulting leadership
- 8+ years of experience in management consulting leadership roles at a top-tier consulting company
- 10+ years large program experience leading architecture and design
- Enterprise Architect role and relevant experience
- Cloud platform certification (Togaf, IT4IT, etc)
- 10+ years ServiceNow platform experience
- Familiarity with enterprise workflow platform
- Minimum 2 years of ServiceNow Platform Experience
Requirements Summary
8+ years consulting experience, firm leadership roles (Big 4, Strategy), and experience leading architecture. Cloud platform experience is required, and a ServiceNow platform certification is needed
