The Technical Services Coordinator will be responsible for managing incoming communications, assignments, and requests within the McCormick regulatory services department. This role involves maintaining databases, coordinating requests, managing workflows, and communicating with internal/external stakeholders. The position is 12 months long and is a contract position.
Requirements
- Technical Education Diploma in Food Science or related discipline.
- Internship in Food Industry, Customer Service, or similar area.
- Good analytical skills.
- Organized, methodical and detail oriented.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively across the business functions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills.
- Proactive approach.
- Fluent English.
- Intermediate computer literacy (Excel, SAP, Outlook, ServiceNow desirable).
- Ability to work in a 2-shift pattern (1st shift between 7:00am and 10:00am, 2nd shift start at 2:00pm).
